Accessibility Statement

iBeautify is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible at the date of this statement. Known issues include:

• Before-and-after images - images on the Results page currently use placeholder tiles. When real images are added, full alt text describing the treatment area and outcome will be applied.
• External Fresha booking iframe - the Fresha booking window on the /booking page is a third-party embed. Accessibility within that frame is Fresha's responsibility, not ours.
• Treatment category hero images - currently using stock photography. Alt text will be updated to describe the image content when client photography is supplied.
• PDF documents - no PDFs are currently linked from this site. If PDFs are added, they will be tagged for accessibility.

The iBeautify website is built with React and uses semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, section, footer), a skip-to-main-content link, ARIA attributes on interactive components, and visible focus states throughout.

Colour contrast: body text meets the 4.5:1 WCAG AA ratio against its background. Where contrast ratios for specific components have not yet been independently audited, we will address issues reported to us.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
