Cancellation & Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day right to cancel a service contract formed at a distance (online, by phone or by email) - without giving a reason and without penalty.

This applies to: gift vouchers purchased online, treatment courses paid for at distance (online or by phone), and any other service contract formed at a distance.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive written confirmation of the contract. To exercise this right, contact us in writing at info@ibeautify.co.uk within the 14-day period.

If you ask us to begin providing a service within the 14-day cancellation period and the service is then fully completed, you lose the right to cancel that particular service. If the service has started but is not complete, and you cancel, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already received.

We will ask for your explicit prior consent before beginning any service within the 14-day window, and we will confirm what effect that has on your cancellation right.

Where a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include:

• The right to have the service re-performed (where that is feasible); or
• A price reduction (which may be up to a full refund) if re-performance is not possible or not acceptable.

If you have purchased a course and wish to discontinue it, we will consider a partial refund on unused sessions, calculated at the single-session price for each session you have received, less any course discount applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will confirm receipt and process any refund due within 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used to pay, unless agreed otherwise.
